This policy describes how Maison du Coué handles your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and CNIL recommendations.

Data collected

Contact form: first and last name, email, phone, dates and number of guests, message. Purpose: to respond to your request. Legal basis: your consent / pre-contractual steps. Retention: up to 24 months after the last exchange.
Review submission: first name, country, stay period, rating and review text, stored in a Google spreadsheet. Purpose: publication of moderated reviews. Published reviews appear on the site with your first name.
Booking: managed by Superhôte; see superhote.com's privacy policy.

Cookies and audience measurement

When you arrive on the site, a banner lets you accept or decline audience-measurement cookies. No tracking cookie is set before your consent. Until you click "Accept all", no data is sent to Google.

If you accept, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate form (page views, source, device). The IP address is anonymised, the data is not used for advertising purposes and is not cross-referenced with other services. Retention period: up to 14 months.

A "Continue without accepting" option is offered at the same level as acceptance. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies and local storage for this site in your browser. Only your consent preference is stored locally, with no tracker.
